FNP/PMHNP-BC
Tondalaya Sanford treats anxiety, depression, ADHD, schizophrenia, substance use, and sleep disorders.
She listens and understands what's going on before working with you on a treatment plan that might include therapy, medication, or both.
The first session is about getting to know each other and figuring out goals together.
FNP/PMHNP-BC
Michelle Arshinkoff has 28 years of experience treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, schizophrenia, and addiction across all age groups.
She’s personally struggled with deep depression and anxiety, so she knows how hard it can be. She suggests therapy along with medication as needed. In the first meeting, she will talk through what you are experiencing and then work out a treatment plan together.
